Customer service is extremely important to us & we're here to answer your queries from 9:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday. Please make sure you read the FAQs below which may answer your question(s). If you contact us outside of these hours, please allow time for our team to respond to your inquiry on the next working day. Although we aim to get back to all our customers as quickly as possible please allow up to 48hrs for a reply. 

As a small online UK-based business, we do not have the capacity to offer a Call Center Customer Service. However, we aim to answer your messages within 48 hours of you sending them.  We are a hardworking team and adore our customers. We really appreciate you shopping with us. Please do not send multiple message as our system works oldest to newest and messaging numerous times will put you to the back of the list.

What Do's Awaiting Fulfilment Mean?

Awaiting Fulfillment means we have received your order and it's currently being processed with our Dispatch Department and or Courier.

My Order Status Says Shipped But I Haven't Received My Item?

When a parcel leaves our warehouse the status of your order changes to Shipped. This doesn't mean your order has been delivered it simply means it's left our warehouse and has been handed over to our courier and will be with you very soon.

Do You Have A Shop?

No, we sell Celeb Inspired Fashion online only at the moment.

Do You Sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, our glam Gift Vouchers are available from £1 - £1000. Please note: Our Vouchers are delivered via email.

Do You Offer Student Discount?

Sorry girls we currently don't offer a student discount scheme at the moment.

What Should I Do If I Receive A Faulty Or Incorrect Item?

Can I Exchange An Item?

Yes, we can exchange items, please refer to our Returns Tab for full details.

What Currencies Do You Accept?

Your order will always be converted in to pounds by your bank. You can select your currency preference on our website.

Do you Deliver to BFPO?

Of Course! This option costs £4.00 and will be delivered with Royal Mail. 

Do You Deliver to PO Box Address?

No sorry we don't deliver to PO Box addresses at the moment.

I Have Been Refunded The Incorrect Amount..

How Long Will My Refund Take?

Please allow up to 14 working days upon receipt of your parcel for your return & refund to be processed. Once your refund has been processed we do say to allow up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.

Can I Pre Order An Item?
